Biography

Ross was born in New Jersey, United States of America in 1997. He lived there until 2005 when his family moved to Johannesburg, South Africa, and subsequently the UK in 2019.

Having extensively traveled between the US, UK, Europe and Africa, he developed a fascination for accents and how people of different origins talk. While studying the performance arts, Ross developed a love for studio time and voice acting, which went hand in hand with the accents he had learnt and his deep Bass – Baritone vocal range.

He matriculated in 2015 under the IEB syllabus and has received both his grade 8 Trinity Guildhall London qualification and ACTL Trinity degree from Trinity Guildhall London. In 2018, he completed the Bare Arms Films Theatrical Firearms Course: Level 1 in the UK.

Since finishing his ACTL course, he accepted on a number of voice acting roles, from clothing adverts and online pharmaceutical Master classes, to cameos on sitcoms and live concerts. He has undertaken some acting roles in advertising, and performed in several ensemble stage productions.

He moved to the UK in Feb 2019 in order to expand his knowledge, gain a better understanding of the international industry and to improve creatively in his work.
